In June 2018, Dave and Laura Cordell contacted us to help, using our restaurant marketing to launch their new business venture – Smokeshed Hoddesdon.
Based in the heart of Hoddesdon Town Centre Hertfordshire, Smokeshed is here to bring a new twist to the town, the decor being very much focused on rustic and industrial – so think corrugated panels, burnt wood tables with scaffolding for legs, USB ports at every table, classic Edison light bulbs and a sumptuous menu to choose from.
It’s these kinds of projects we truly love sinking our teeth into here at Professional IMPACT! We wanted to help Smokeshed express as much of their personality as possible – for this we designed and built them a simple to use high impact website with strong bespoke branded imagery that would capture the imagination of their potential customers. The design runs in a fluid fashion, with easy to digest menus that runs smooth just as well on a mobile device as it does on a desktop.

To help with the branding we visited several smoke sheds in London to inspire ideas
But we didn’t stop there! Dave and Laura set a launch date for September 2018 – that meant we could help them truly promote their brand and start generating interest in their business. So to help them on there way we designed a completely bespoke shop mural for the front of their premises whilst the final touches to the inside are being made.
